John started his career as an apprentice at Sparrows Point Country Club in 1988. In 1990 he moved to Piney Branch Country Club as the First Assistant and earned his PGA membership in 1994. In March of 1997 John moved to Maryland Golf & Country Club to become the First Assistant & Director of Junior Golf. When the opportunity for the Head Golf Professional opened up at Hayfields Country Club in 2000 John took that chance and made the move.
John not only became the Head Golf Professional but also had the privilege to work with the PGA Tour in hosting a Senior Tour Event the four seasons he was there. In March of 2006, John joined Arundel Golf Park as the Head Golf Professional and has been teaching and fitting all skill level golfers, running the Junior Program and managing the golf shop.
Lessons include adult and junior individual lessons and multi-person clinics.
